Using this website

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The site is provided so you can find out about our services and send a quote enquiry. We may change or take down content at any time.

You must not misuse the site (for example by attempting to break security, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or submit false or abusive enquiries).

Quotes and electrical work

Sending an enquiry or receiving a quote does not create a contract for electrical work. Prices, scope and timescales are confirmed separately, usually after we have understood the job and, where needed, visited the site. We may decline work.

Any work we carry out is subject to a separate agreement, the relevant regulations (including BS 7671 and, for domestic work, Part P where it applies), and the certificates we issue for that job. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a particular result until it is agreed in writing or as part of that job.

Quotes on this site are described as free and with no obligation. That applies to the enquiry, not to later work you instruct us to do.

Information on the site

We take care over the information published here, including descriptions of services and typical regulations. It is general information for homeowners and businesses in the UK, not personal legal or technical advice for your property. Always get a properly specified quote for your installation.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code.

Intellectual property

The design, text, logos and images on this site belong to us or to people who have licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with an enquiry. You may not copy, sell or republish the site content without our permission, except where the law allows.

Liability

We are responsible for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any other liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude. We do not exclude liability that arises from electrical work we have contracted to carry out — that is dealt with under the job agreement and the law that applies to that work.

For use of this website itself, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or other indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control (including hosting or internet failures).

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
